Gigi's Gelato x St Remio panettone

Handcrafted by chef Gigi Pozzoli, each panettone features St Remio’s St Francis blend – a medium-light roast with rich chocolate notes and a hint of nutty sweetness.  

Every panettone is carved out and soaked in Cointreau syrup. It’s then filled with a creamy coffee semifreddo, finished with a chocolate or coffee glaze and dusted in chocolate shavings.
